G.J. Gardner Homes is a household name throughout Australia, New Zealand and the USA. With over 100 franchisees operating around the world, they continue to build a reputation for reliability and excellence.
Prior to engaging Blunt Agency, the franchise group had gone through a major rebrand with another agency. However, on review we discovered the branding was not preforming as expected and was in fact inhibiting the companies ability to communicate effectively.
To rectify the issues around the branding, Blunt Agency worked through a strategic process of review followed by a comprehensive rollout of all new marketing collateral, templates and style guides for the group.
We were able to assess the key attributes of the brand that were identifiable and unique to G.J. Gardner Homes. Our aim was not to rebrand, rather to refresh and optimise. We reprioritised key elements, shifted to a brand first approach and applied flexibility around how key messages are applied to marketing communications.
Since working with Blunt Agency, G.J. Gardner Homes have experienced a significant shift and growth in their business, with home sales up by +24% in a market that has slightly contracted in recent times.
The refreshed branding enabled the franchise group to deliver clearer messaging to their target audience, with hyper localisation of the brand to ensure G.J. Gardner Homes are relevant to metro, regional and rural customers. This, combined with our marketing campaigns has enabled the brand to own a market position with more clarity and further differentiate themselves.
